By booking our apartments you confirm that you have read the House Rules and that you have accepted them.
Smokers
All of our apartments are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available for smokers on the terrace. In the event of a violation, a 150 € cleaning penalty will be deducted from the deposit.
Apartment use
You must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. The number of guests must not exceed what has been accepted when booking the flat.
You may use your apartment and your garage as well as a shared terrace. If you use the latter, especially for meals, please lake sure to clean your table after use.
Tenants must avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.
Parties / events are not allowed.
Children
Children of all ages are accepted.
We can provide you with a baby chair and baby bath free of charge (unless unavailable).
No extra bed available.
Animals
Pets are not accepted.
Arrivals
We welcome you personally from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. However, if your apartment is ready earlier, we will be happy to welcome you: ask us if you want to arrive before this time.
Arrival after 9 pm: In the event of a late arrival, please let us know so that we can place the keys at your disposal in an outside safe provided for this purpose and give you all the access information.
In the event of an unexpected arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., we will ask you for a supplement of € 20. No personal reception after 11 p.m. If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, the rental contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The full payment also remains with the owner.
Departure
We will be available for the (short) departure formalities and the return of the keys at a time of your convenience.
On the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed you must leave the premises before 10 am. For your convenience, we can nevertheless keep your luggage for a few more hours.
The day before departure, we will give you a basket in which you have to put your bed linen before leaving as well as a basket for towels.
We ask you to throw your trash in the outdoor containers provided for this purpose.
We also ask you to wash your dishes, preferably in the dishwasher and store them in the cupboards.
