Discovering Nice

Lots of interesting tours, but with the downside of Nice during the season: parking. It is advisable to use the car parks (eg Parking Sulzer at the edge of the old town) and to walk or better to take the bus from the house.

Tourist office: 5, Promenade des Anglais. In particular, you can buy a pass to enter the region's museums at a reduced price.

Some very nice museums for amateurs: Chagall Museum, Matisse Museum, MAMAC - museum of modern art, Museum of naive arts, Museum of Asian arts and Phoenix Park, etc.
Du haut de la colline du château, point de vue imprenable sur la baie des anges et sur la ville de Nice
la vieille ville de Nice, avec ses rues animées et ses couleurs de rêve, ocre et jaunes

Stroll in the old town, Cours Saleya and the flower market. Unmissable place.

Castle Hill: very pleasant walk and magnificent view of the city and the Baie des Anges. Walk up from the Quai des Etats-Unis (it still requires a little effort, but there is also an elevator).

Promenade des Anglais: why not take the opportunity to have a drink on the Negresco terrace? You can continue on the Paillon promenade (if you have small children, various games).

You can also walk around the port (large car park in the port) - walk to the lighthouse.

And, not far, by car:

- The observatory, which can be visited with very competent guides (book online)

- Mont Boron with a superb panorama of the city
